The Sicilian Tasting is a gastronomic experience that will lead you to discover our wines and the artisanal excellences of our territory. It is a sensory journey that will reveal how the artisanal products of our land (cold cuts, cheeses, preserves), combined with local wines, can offer incredible sensory surprises. Our products are all seasonal and locally sourced; therefore, they may change based on availability.
It includes:
Visit to the vineyard, olive grove, and family farmhouse;
Wine tasting: Doc Faro Rasocolmo, Doc Mamertino, Inzolia "L'Hismael" Igp, N. 36 Bianco Mosso, Sarqin Bollicine di moscato and Acqua di Aron Hydromel;
Tasting of typical products: black Nebrodi pig cold cuts, local cheeses, handmade jams, and preserves;
Cellar surprises (seasonal recipes);
Tasting of "Acqua di Aron" Hydromel with our desserts;
Cost per person: €50 (Sicilian Tasting with 3 wines - by reservation only);
Cost per person: €60 (Sicilian Tasting with 5 wines - by reservation only).
