The cellar aperitif is the simplest way to discover our wines and spend a few hours in good company, surrounded by the splendid setting of Tenuta Rasocolmo. Available every day from Tuesday to Saturday, starting from 6:00 PM. Reservation required and subject to seat availability.
It includes:
- Visit to the family farmhouse;
- Tasting of two wines (a glass to choose from): Doc Faro Rasocolmo,, Inzolia "L'Hismael"IGP, Mead "Acqua di Aron," 36 Sparkling white; Sarqin bollicine di moscato
- Tasting plate of typical products: black Nebrodi pig cold cuts, local cheeses, handmade jams, and preserves;
- Cost per person: €25 (Minimum 2 people).
