The Gourmet Tasting promises to guide our guests through a unique sensory experience. Our dishes are crafted with seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, emphasizing a commitment to quality. The menu is subject to change based on availability and the Chef's creative choices.
It includes:
- "Le Nes Du Vin" to explore the aromas of wine—a French game designed to challenge your sense of smell before indulging in the tasting;
- Tasting of our organic DON GABRIELE EVO oils;
- Main course (choice of first or second);
- Sampling of typical cold cuts and cheeses;
- Estate dessert;
- Tasting of our 5 wines: N. 36 Sparkling White, Doc Faro Rasocolmo, Doc Mamertino, L'Hismael Inzolia IGP Terre Siciliane, Sarqin Bollicine di moscato and "Acqua di Aron" Hydromel;
- Cost per person: €70 (Minimum 6 people, reservation required).
