Our wine tasting is a gastronomic experience that unveils the flavors of our wines and the excellence of our region. It's a sensory journey exploring how our local products (cold cuts, cheeses, preserves, and preparations) alongside our regional wines can offer incredible sensory surprises. Our products are all seasonal and locally sourced, and may vary based on availability.

Gift quality and tradition with our wines and olive oil. Our organically produced wines represent an excellence of our region. The bubbles of Inzolia N36, produced from indigenous white grapes, offer a lively character with persistent effervescence and an intense aroma of yellow-fleshed fruit. At Tenuta Rasocolmo, we pride ourselves on producing two varieties of totally organic EVO oil: DON GABRIELE from Cipressini Olives and DON GABRIELE from Ogliarola Messinese Olives.
